Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Any customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the order, unless these arrived to you damaged. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
